Climate and time in Romania

Romania has a temperate climate with four distinct seasons. Spring and autumn are cool and pleasant, making May and June, and September and October the best months to visit. Summers are hot but not to humid so, from July to August, Romania offers ecellent conditions to the travellers. Winters can be harsh and very cold between December and March, with snow falling throughout most of the country. Spring and automn are the wettest seasons, but rain can be expected throughout the year. The average annual temperature is 11°C in the south and 8°C in the north. In Bucharest, the temperature ranges from -29°C in January to 29°C, or above, in July and August, with average temperatures of -3°C in January and 23°C in July
