The Danube Delta is a unique land in Europe - so old but, never the less, its youngest and most restless landscape. The interaction between the River Danube and the Black See is constantly shaping and remodeling it. It is a vast area of reeds and shifting land that provides a unique habitat for over three hundred species of birds (many of them found nowhere else in Europe), as well as shelter for other wildlife. It's a paradise for birds watching "addicts" - the birds pass through from Mongolia, India and China during the spring and autumn migrations, or come from Africa to breed in summer. The Carpathians - a symphony of untamed nature. One can discover a rich diversity of flora and fauna. The forests shelter wolves, deer, Carpathian bear, chamois and other wildlife.
